Blueberry- Orange Smoothie

Ingredients:


o 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries (about 8oz)

o 1 cup orange juice

o1/2 cup low -fat frozen vanilla yogurt

o 1/2 ice cubes

o 1/4 tsp grated orange peel

o fresh blueberries for garnics

o thinly slice orange peel for garnish


 


Directions:

Combine first five ingredients in  blender. Pure until thick and smooth. Pour smootie into 2 glasses. Sprinkle each smoothies with blueberries. Top with thinly sliced orange peel.
