2008 Staff Service Awards

The George Washington University will hold its first annual unified staff service awards program on Monday, December 1st and Tuesday, December 2nd.  We are pleased to announce that President Knapp will preside over the ceremony and will be joined by the Vice Presidents to recognize approximately 350 employees who have achieved a milestone during fiscal year 2008.  

            Monday, December 1:   2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Service Awards Ceremony and Reception for 5, 10, and 15 year recipients

Grand and Continental Ballrooms – Marvin Center, 3^rd Floor

Tuesday, December 2:  12:00 noon - 2:00 p.m.

Banquet Ceremony for award recipients with a minimum of 20 years of service

Continental Ballroom – Marvin Center, 3^rd Floor

Those being recognized as part of the Service Awards Program, as well as their supervisors, have been sent an invitation to attend one of the ceremonies above (based on their years of service) and are asked to RSVP by Monday, November 10.
